It is my belief that this article was intended for people who are living in the world with a little fear of their fellow man / woman.  After the terrorist attacks of 9/11 in United States and the terrorist attack in UK on 7/7 there have been more distrust of our fellow man/ women because of these actions taken against our country. By individuals, who for a short period of time actually lived amongst us.
