Qualitative Data Collection outline

This assignment gives you the opportunity to design a qualitative data-gathering tool. Follow the principles you have read about and be creative as you apply them to your own action project. Your task is to:

• Build an interview protocol with three open-ended questions that will generate data about your project and about how the change process takes place. Be sure to add one or two prompts that will encourage the respondent to give more detail.
• Write a one-page description of how the data you can gather can be used to tell the story of a change process.
