As we have discussed structure of organizations this week, we should also reflect on how this impacts ethical decisions in organizational behavior. As organizations restructure, and cut back on staff” they place a greater burden on those employees that remain.

Have you ever experienced the overburdened state in any organization where you have worked? What are some ways in which the organization could have dealt with decreased staff? Do you believe that the organization could have addressed the shortage in a different manner that would still result in cost savings but still allow employees to feel less burdened?
