Develop a 3-5 slides Power Point or inforgraphic evaluation of a recent business decision in your work or desired career. This is an inforgraphic or MS Power Point and not a paper nor essay.
Include the following:
Discuss the influence the decision-making process had on the outcome. Evaluate the effectiveness of the process. What stages were most challenging and why? Identify the stages of the decision making process as it relates to your decision.
Create a "Decision-making Process" infographic in an appropriate format for the organization based on the action plan.
Be sure that you also include an Introduction and Conclusion slide, along with graphics, Speaker Notes, and a properly formatted APA Reference slide.
