Imagine that you have previously created training for K-12 teachers and post-secondary instructors. Determine a situation where you would use a formative, summative, and confirmative evaluation. Provide examples of what the evaluation might look like based on information from the textbook. A training program within a school or organization usually has clearly defined outcomes that the trainees need to accomplish. These outcomes are expected to result in improved job performance. Analyze the following areas of post-training evaluation: appropriateness of the training, competencies of the employees, and benefits to the organization.
