This will help you to include all necessary elements in the assignment.
Based on the readings about continuous quality improvement and the readings about leadership and organizational decision making in a learning culture, analyze the kind of improvement-oriented leader you anticipate being as you move forward in your profession. Include in your analysis:
- Your critique of the ideas that the Jossey-Bass Reader authors indicated were important for leading organizational change.
- Your analysis of the Cooperrider and Whitney principles of appreciative inquiry.
- Your understanding of the AQIP principles of quality improvement.
- Your view on the idea of context as it appears in the Action Research Paradigm Protocol media piece.
