Find a small business that was founded within the last 10 years and
prepare an analysis on how well the firm has leveraged two of these five
competitive advantages.
Identify a small business that interests you for this task. The
business you choose should have fewer than 50 employees, and have been
founded within the last 10 years. Pick two of the competitive advantages
described in Chapter 1, and assess how well the business has leveraged
these advantages. Your analysis should include evidence that the firm
recognizes the competitive advantage, and evidence that the advantage
is/is not working well. Evidence could be: financial data, business
growth, advertisements, product/service reviews, etc.
