The Course Capstone Project is a sustained research and analysis project you have worked on throughout this course. By now, you will have drafted a research paper in which you examine 1 of the 5 basic dimensions of public health.
For this final assignment, complete your research paper. Your paper must be between 1,750 to 2,450 words, not including the title page. You must revise and improve on previously submitted Capstone components for the final submission. Each of the following components is required:
- Title page: Follow APA rules for formatting your title page. Include the following information: your name, project title, course information, date.
- Historical origins of this dimension, such as pioneers in the field and early developments (at least 350 words)
- Evolution of this dimension, such as the technologies, initiatives, and tools created over the years that developed this dimension into a quantitative and comprehensive science (at least 350 words)
- Contemporary local, county, state, or federal U.S. government agencies or departments whose primary tasks and objectives concern this dimension, or nongovernment organizations or private companies that are leaders in this field (at least 350 words)
- Careers within this dimension of public health (at least 350 words)
- Specific examples of a U.S. public health organization engaging in interventions or strategies supported by your chosen dimension of public health (at least 350 words)
