Based on your exploration of the 100 Years of Learning Theory timeline, write a journal entry in which you reflect on one learning theory that fits your organization's culture of learning and one theory that is antithetical to it. Focus primarily on the kind of culture of learning each theory would explain.

As you write this entry, recall the way your ideas developed in your reflective journal during the last course. A journal offers you the chance to do two things. First, you have an opportunity to explore your own ideas and to challenge, develop, and refine them. Second, you have an opportunity to focus on writing creatively, powerfully, and beautifully.
